What do you want to see?

Net-Map is an interview-based mapping tool that helps people understand, visualize, discuss, and improve situations in which many different actors influence outcome. By creating Influence Network Maps, individuals and groups can clarify their own view of a situation, foster discussion, and develop a strategic approach to their networking activities. More specifically, Net-Map helps players to determine...

Understand common patterns of connections between people and how they impact the way they can work together

What is made possible?
By relating their own experience to prototypical network patterns, groups can get a deeper understanding of how they work together (or not) and what the opportunities and challenges of each of the different patterns of self-organization are. Also, these patterns give group members a language to talk about how they experience collaboration, what they appreciate or struggle with and what kind of network structure they prefer. In many cases this will be more of an exploration and an exercise to understand other’s preferences better – because every pattern carries challenges and opportunities, there is no one perfect solution for the group to discover.

Facilitation
Design with Purpose:
Experience - Connection - Deliverables
My facilitation design always starts with the purpose. Why are we getting together? In consultation with my clients and participants, I find out what tangible results they are looking for - but that is not all, I also design intentionally for specific participant experience and to build connection between participants.

Holding Space
As a trained coach, poet and artist, I bring spaciousness, calm, beauty and a sense of humor to any group I work with. I assume that all participants want to contribute and create space for them to shape their experience based on their needs, engage productively with discomfort or disagreement, moving at the speed of trust and creating brave spaces.

Shared Responsibility
My clients and participants are experts on their vision and the challenges they face, I bring expertise for holding and shaping spaces and processes in which they can do the work and every participant has space to shape their own experience based on their needs, learning styles and preferences.

Facilitation Tools and Approaches
I'm comfortable facilitating online, hybrid and in the room. Over the years I have learned to facilitate online meetings that connect the whole person, heart, mind and body, creating spaces for serendipity, trusted sharing, movement and laughter.
